One of the core features of EBC Turbo is its professional and comprehensive trade profit-and-loss tracking and account performance analysis. It helps traders systematically evaluate their trading results and optimise strategy decisions.

After uploading your trading statements via the web version, the analysis page is divided into four main modules:

  • Six-Dimension Rating

  • Net Profit

  • Monthly Summary

  • Daily Statistics

In addition, the EBC Turbo plugin version adds a Balance Curve feature within the equity chart, allowing for a more intuitive view of account balance changes.

Six-Dimension Rating Chart

The Six-Dimension Rating Chart is a specialised metric used by fund managers to evaluate fund performance. It reflects the overall trading style. The six dimensions are:

1. Rate of Return

This is the most common metric for measuring performance. An annualised return above 10% indicates good profitability, while a return above 30% is considered a high-profit strategy.

2. Profitable Trades

This dimension measures the win rate. A higher win rate indicates more precise trading. High-win-rate strategies usually exceed 3:1. but win rate alone is not the only key to success.

Trades with around 50% win rate can still achieve stable profits by using small stop-losses and large take-profits, so it is important to consider this together with the average profit-loss ratio.

3. Sharpe Ratio

The Sharpe ratio measures the profit obtained per unit of risk taken. A Sharpe ratio above 3 indicates high profitability relative to risk and controlled risk levels. A ratio below 1 suggests that profits are accompanied by significant risk, and adjustments to the trading style are recommended.

4. Profit Coefficient

This reflects the current profitability of trades. Higher values indicate better performance.

5. Standard Deviation:

This dimension measures the stability of profits. Smaller values indicate a more consistent and stable trading style.

6. Maximum Drawdown:

This reflects the largest decline from a peak to a trough in the account, measuring the effectiveness of risk management. Lower values are better.

In trading, it is generally suitable to keep maximum drawdown within 20%, while more aggressive trading styles may accept a maximum of 30%.

Based on the Six-Dimension Rating Chart, EBC Turbo also provides detailed information such as the number of trades, buy/sell orders, major traded instruments, and trading costs. This information allows traders to gain a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of the trading environment.

Net Profit Charts

The Net Profit Charts clearly show the evolution of account value through a net value curve. They support overlay comparisons with daily return charts, making it easier to identify strengths and weaknesses in trading and providing a basis for strategy optimisation.

Monthly Summary

The Monthly Summary provides a long-term overview of trading on a month-by-month basis. It includes the number of trades, trading volume, and percentage fluctuations, allowing traders to gain a more precise understanding of overall decision-making performance.

Daily Statistics

The Daily Statistics present trading performance over a short-term period. They track all orders on a single day in real time, dynamically monitoring daily profit and loss and allowing timely adjustments to risk exposure.

The EBC Turbo plugin version retains all core features of the web version and adds a Balance Curve within the net profit chart, making account fund changes immediately visible.

Daily Statistics

Overall, EBC Turbo continuously tracks account performance and provides systematic analysis across multiple dimensions. This helps traders optimise trading details and improve overall strategy performance.
