Following our crypto address update in November 2025, all previous cryptocurrency deposit addresses have been expired. Recently, we have observed cases where funds were mistakenly sent to old addresses.
Important Notice
Starting February 2026, any cryptocurrency deposits sent to old or previously expired addresses will not be recoverable.
To avoid any loss of funds, please carefully follow the guidelines below for every deposit:
Before Making a Deposit
Always create a new deposit order in the CRM for every cryptocurrency deposit.
Cryptocurrency deposit addresses may change from time to time.
Always verify the latest deposit address directly in the CRM before sending any funds.
How to Obtain the Correct Deposit Address
Please log in to your CRM and follow this process each time you make a deposit:
Deposit → Cryptocurrency → Complete Payment
The system will then display the current and valid deposit address for your transaction.
