There have recently been several cases of fraudsters impersonating EBC. Please stay vigilant and beware of scams.

EBC will never:

Promise guaranteed principal protection, guarantee investment returns or claim that you are “guaranteed to make a profit”;
Encourage you to deposit or transfer funds by promising high returns, offering so-called insider information or claiming to provide expert-led trading;
Ask you through unofficial channels to download trading software or install chat applications from unknown sources;
Ask you to transfer funds to any personal bank account;
Ask you to transfer funds or pay any fees on the pretext of account issues, risk reviews, account unfreezing or similar reasons.

If you encounter any of the situations described above, please cease all activity immediately, retain all relevant evidence, and report the matter to the local police. If you need to verify any information, please contact us via EBC’s official email address at [[email protected]].
