EBC will update wallet addresses Friday 08:00 (UTC+2); log in to get a new address. Funds sent to old addresses remain secure and can be handled by support.

To continuously enhance the security management and user experience of your assets, we will perform irregular updates to wallet addresses. This update will begin on Friday at 08:00 (UTC+2).

To ensure a smooth deposit process, we recommend that you log in to the client center after the update to obtain and use a new wallet address. https://client.ebc.com/signin

Please rest assured that if you accidentally deposit funds to an old address, your assets will remain secure and will not be lost. You will simply need to contact our customer service team at [email protected] for manual processing of the transaction.
