Summary:
EBC will adjust leverage for new positions from July 3, 2026, during specific periods before market closes. The measure covers forex, metals, and margin risks.
In light of the recent escalation of geopolitical risks and in order to effectively control market risk, effective July 3, 2026, we will implement a temporary adjustment to leverage for newly opened positions during specific time periods before the daily market close and public holiday early close. The details are as follows:

All times shown above are in UTC+3
During the above temporary adjustment periods, the maximum leverage for newly opened positions will be temporarily adjusted as per the schedule in the table.
This adjustment applies only to orders for newly opened positions during the above-mentioned periods;
If a pending order is triggered during the adjustment period, the resulting new position will be subject to the leverage rules in effect at the time of execution (where applicable, subject to the Company’s relevant rules);
This adjustment applies to all trading symbols operating under a floating leverage model, including:
Forex (Forex Major, Forex Cross, Forex Minor)
Metal (XAUUSD, XAGUSD)
If you hold both long and short positions in the same trading symbol and initiate new trades during the above temporary adjustment periods, the temporary increase in margin requirements may lead to higher overall margin usage and an increased risk of stop-out.
Please carefully evaluate your free margin and position size in advance, and plan your trading activities prudently.
Any changes to the above arrangements will be announced separately.
EBC announces a reverse split on 29 June 2026. Positions will be adjusted before U.S. open; value remains unchanged and TP/SL will be removed.

The platform will update hedged margin rules from 30 April 2026, applying single-sided margin, which may increase margin use and liquidation risk.
2026-04-29
