In response to these deceptive actions, we hereby issue the following statement:

EBC Financial Group has no connection with Snowealth. We have never authorised this entity to act on our behalf, use our name, or conduct business as our subsidiary. Any claims suggesting otherwise are entirely false.

We have reported Snowealth's fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against those responsible for misusing our name and misleading the public.
