If any violation of the marketing guidelines or improper promotional activities occurs, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the cooperation based on the specific circumstances.

Affiliate Marketing Guidelines

1. Marketing Claims and Statements to Avoid

Do not include any of the following in your advertisements or marketing materials.

Do not make any statements or assertions that imply little to no risk of loss for client investors. Do not make any promises that may not be fulfilled, such as guarantees of benefits.

Do not provide any misleading information, material falsehoods, or inaccurate statements or claims to attract or persuade others to apply for account opening. If you are unsure about the appropriate wording, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you.

Do not use materials related to FC Barcelona without authorization.

2. Prohibited Marketing Practices

You must not engage in any illegal, unethical, misleading, or deceptive practices, nor make any statements that could adversely affect our reputation or the reputation of our products and services.

You must not engage in any form of illegal activity, such as displaying illegal content on your website or in subscription emails.

You must not target the following individuals: anyone under the age of 18, or individuals residing in countries where trader registration is prohibited.

Accessing a trader's account or conducting trading activities on their behalf.

Operating websites that contain or promote misleading, defamatory, or illegal content, or providing links to such websites. Misleading content includes making any promises regarding returns and displaying our disclaimers or license agreements without our explicit permission.

Sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages (spam).

Directing potential traders to our website through referral links that you provide in commercial electronic messages, display advertising networks, counters, guestbooks, forums, blogs, chat rooms, or other similar internet resources, without using our designated affiliate tracking system.

Permitting malicious trading activities, including those conducted through any device, program, bot, IP address, redirects, or "fake" traffic.

Do not establish any promotional activities that offer rewards, points, or compensation to traders with registered accounts, including any form of payment transactions, without our prior approval.

Engaging in any activities that diminish or harm the value of our trademarks or brand.

Generating transactions using stolen credit cards.

Malicious manual creation by distribution partners of media companies, with the direct intent of artificially inflating commissions payable to the distribution partners.

Multiple registrations from the same device or IP address will not be counted. The risk control team of EBC Financial Group will review user eligibility.

3. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that we retain all rights (including intellectual property rights) to all materials developed prior to or during the term of these terms (including partner promotional materials). Except as permitted under these terms, nothing herein shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use the partner promotional materials or any of our other trademarks and brand identifiers.

You may display banner advertisements and text links on your website, use other partners’ promotional materials, and carry out referral activities under this affiliate program as an “EBC Financial Group Affiliate,” provided that:

Prior to publishing any partner promotional materials, please obtain our approval (which we will not unreasonably withhold); do not use the partner promotional materials as your own product name, URL, or as part of other logos; and ensure that the presentation of partner promotional materials complies with our brand guidelines and any other instructions we may provide to you from time to time.

If you become aware of any infringement of our intellectual property or other proprietary rights, or if you discover any party claiming that our products, trademarks, or logos infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of a third party, you must notify us immediately in writing.

If you breach these provisions, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate membership and cancel any fees owed to you.
