Important Notice: MT4 and MT5 Servers Maintenance Notice

Summary:

EBC will conduct MT4/MT5 maintenance on Jan 17, 2025, from 08:00–10:00 UTC+2. All servers will briefly stop, and BTCUSD trading will be suspended.

To further enhance the performance and stability of our MT4/MT5 trading servers, EBC will be conducting a scheduled maintenance on Sat, Jan 17, 2025, from 08:00 to 10:00 (platform time, UTC+2). This maintenance will apply to all MT4/MT5 live and demo servers.


During the maintenance window:

  • All MT4/MT5 live and demo servers will undergo a brief service interruption.

  • BTCUSD will be temporarily unavailable for pricing and trading between 08:00 and 10:00, UTC+2

  • Services will automatically resume once maintenance is completed.


Clients are advised to review their positions as needed prior to the maintenance to ensure proper risk management when pricing and trading resume.
